Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday : 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Saturday/Sunday : Closed
We also operate an out-of-hours service for emergency repairs that can be accessed via our normal telephone number.

We acknowledge that we may sometimes get things wrong, but as a learning organisation, we aim to put things right quickly and learn from our mistakes.

As a participating member of the Ombudsman Services, Gem’s customers can use the services offered by the Ombudsman to resolve a complaint about any aspect of the service we offer. Gem Estate Management have a complaints process that we ask customers to use before referring any complaint to the Ombudsman.
